Damages and Issues: If the item arrives damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately atBirdieline@yahoo.com

To complete a return, you must meet the following conditions:

1. The product has not been used.

2. Provide timely photos and other evidence.

3. Retain the original packaging.

4. No late than 14 days.

Exchanges

 

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we can only accept exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with all original tags and hygiene stickers intact.

Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

We reserve the right to decline exchanges that do not meet hygiene standards.

Refund&Cancel

If you need to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, please contact us promptly. Refunds will be processed within no more than 5 business days (depending on your payment bank's processing time). Orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours, as your nails are likely already in the production process. If it has been more than 24 hours and we have not yet shipped your order, you can still contact us to discuss cancellation based on the actual situation.
